PC Construction Ltd was established in 2016 as a Commercial Renovation Company working in the City of Calgary, Alberta.  As a response to the need for Demolition and rebuilding of Retail spaces in The Devenish Building, a Historical Landmark building established 1911,  PC Construction Ltd, started working with The Devenish Heritage Property Management Company, and began a series of builds and service maintenance giving Us unique experience combining Pre-WW I building practices with modern day protocols.  A wealth of experience over the years has given PC Construction Ltd a range of projects including Commercial support for First Capital Property Management, a Toronto based Company with properties across Canada.  In 2018, PC Construction Ltd stepped into the BC market, predominantly in Residential builds, servicing Victoria, Duncan and Qualicum Beach.  It has been a journey that just keeps expanding and hopefully We will be there to help you with your Commercial and Residential needs.
