Heritage Building Repairs
PC Construction Ltd has spent considerable time servicing Heritage Buildings which can have unique materials utilized in their construction. With older boiler systems, some running steam while others running boiling water, leaks can arise needing immediate attention as black pipe systems can go from minor to major quickly if not addressed. While condensation has been controlled in this project, the replacing of the ceiling tile will be done later. After mechanical and drywall repair has been completed, experience has taught us to let the hidden corridor ‘breath’ for 48 hours prior to closing the compartment and calling the repair ‘complete’.
Drywall Damage Repair
In Offices to Urgent Care Facilities, speed can be essential and surrounding doors, walls and ceilings can take a beating. PC Construction Ltd has experience with working in active environments bringing facilities like the South Calgary Health Center back to the professional decorum it deserves while not interfering in the day to day work of clientele. This 2 story facilities encompasses everything from Urgent Care to Dialysis treatment to X Ray Rooms and Blood work labs to lecture halls for its thousands of ongoing patients as well as Doctors nurses and physiotherapists. In this instance, for a 30 day project, PC Construction Ltd had been requested to provide services in lighting repairs damaged walls, ceilings and doors prior to this Facility being sold by its Head Office. For the sake of discretion, only photos of repairs in areas not involving patients were taken.
